Finding my sister and her husband a new home was no easy feat. With my sister having a very rustic style, and being a hair dresser (needing a salon in her home) it was difficult to find the perfect home for them. 

When Dana and I first began her search, I learnt that Dana had already put offers in on a few other condos only to have things not work out. This trend continued as we wrote one offer only to have a second offer sneak in last minute and offer more than us, and another that we tried incredibly hard to make it work however we could not come to an agreement on possession.

It has been a quick whirlwind since the first day that I met James and Marlene. They contacted me off of an advertisement that I had and within a few days I was at their home to discuss what they were needing in the real estate world. We spent a beautiful afternoon sitting outside near their pool and I took a tour of their amazing St.Vital bungalow. They had decided that it was time to move and enjoy a quieter setting with a nice big yard to enjoy their swimming pool. 

One of the first times we were out searching for a home David said to me "how will we know when we find the right house?" I explained that after searching for a while you will know when you find the right one.

A few years ago I had the honour of helping Angela find a condo, and I was one again lucky enough to work with her to sell that very same condo today!  When Angela contacted me to put her condo up for sale, we immediately started working to get it ready. The home stager came in, and in no time at all we had the photos and video done and were ready to hit the market. 

A few months ago Lisa and I were at a meeting in our office and were both talking about selling our homes in the future, we also talked about the fact that we didn't want to be the listing agent on our own homes. It was at that time we decided that we would help each other out and list each others homes.

Leah reached out to me two weeks ago to let me know she was ready to start looking for a home. I think the last time I had seen Leah was my high school graduation and so I was thrilled when she messaged me! 

Four years ago I sold Laurie's house, and was excited when I received her call letting me know she was needing to purchase a home Laurie reached out to me only a few weeks ago to let me know that her and her sister Kim were needing to buy a home. 

This incredible story began on Monday morning at 8:00 am when this beautiful former show home hit the market. Twenty seven minutes later my phone alerted me to the first showing request, and from there the showings kept flooding in. To have 10 showings in one day is very rare, especially when this particular neighborhood had 82 active listings that we were somewhat competing with.

Courteney was referred to me by another client who's condo I sold in the same building. When I first met with her I went over all the usual stuff regarding how I work and how I was going to get her condo sold as fast as possible. The condo was currently listed and so I had to take over the listing and get to work.

The beginning to this story is very random and started a few years ago. I was told that I needed to start making new connections and finding a good lawyer to work with was one person I needed to find. Nervous as can be about picking up the phone and asking a random person out to coffee I looked through various law firms in the city and stumbled upon a picture of Caroline. I though "she looks nice, I will call her"

I met this amazing couple just a few weeks after they had moved into their new home after a long journey from BC. It was nearly immediately after they moved in that they realized it was not the house for them and they needed to move

The first message I recieved from Katrina that they may be wanting to look for a home came an hour after Landen was born. I remember laying in bed in the Birth Center and hearing the *ding* of a message. I took a look and it was Katrina asking me how soon after baby would I be back to work. Little did she know that she would be the first message after he was born, and one of the first people to find out that Landen had finally arrived.

It was a challenging journey on our way to calling this home SOLD where it seemed we came across nearly every road block possible. During the first week on the market the town started construction on the Main Street, which this home was located on. At first the construction started at the other end of town and we felt that it wouldn't disrupt us very much, however we were wrong.

It wasn't that long ago that my friend Bryanna was telling me to follow her awesome friend on Instagram for lots of vegan recipes and meal ideas. I began following @notkirstie and making some of the meals that she was posting as they looked delish. Soon after this I discovered that @notkirstie was thinking about buying a home and Bryanna thought that the two of us would be a perfect match. I was super excited to meet this person that I had been stalking on instagram and get to know more about her.

A friend of mine referred this lovely family to me, and it was an absolute pleasure to work with these guys! It's been exactly 3 weeks since the first day that we met and in that short amount of time we fit in a family vacation, and listed and sold this house!

This amazing couple was referred to me by one of my favorite mortgage brokers Melissa. We had our initial meeting, got everything organized and headed out to take a look at some properties.

Originally these guys wanted something that needed a bit of work, and had a very open mind to what their budget could get them. I showed up before them to the first house and wasn't impressed, but these guys were very optimistic and thought that with a bit of elbow grease it could work for them.

Jesse and I met just a few weeks ago to begin the house hunt. The first time we spoke on the phone he mentioned a house that had just come up for sale down the street from where he currently lived.  I told him I would look into it, and we set an appointment to meet that weekend.

Rod and Jessica's story begins a long time ago, but for now I will begin with the sale of their current home. Earlier in September they got an accepted offer on another property and began the process of listing and selling their home. It was a whirlwind of paperwork, meetings and lots of preparation, but this busy family did an incredible job of getting everything ready to go. When we walked in for photos and video on the Saturday before it hit the market the house was 100% ready to go.

This story began not long ago when my sister referred Kathy and Quentin to me. Kathy had been talking with my sister a bit about maybe moving and my sister suggested that we talk to see what options they may have.
