What an incredibly fast sale this was!! 

A few years ago I had the honour of helping Angela find a condo, and I was one again lucky enough to work with her to sell that very same condo today!  When Angela contacted me to put her condo up for sale, we immediately started working to get it ready. The home stager came in, and in no time at all we had the photos and video done and were ready to hit the market. 

This condo was a beautiful unit with lots of upgrades, but we were still prepared to be in it for the long haul as the average days on market in the area were very high, and there were a couple other units for sale at the same time. 

We had a lot of showings right from the very beginning and were thrilled when we had an offer on day 18.
