This family and I met for the first time at a listing I had in January. They liked the house and wrote an offer, however the offer was not accepted. From there we started casually looking at homes. We had quite an adventure with every house that they liked, and were having bad luck when it came to writing offers.

Tim and Leanne are a very motivated couple and were super excited to get into a home. It didn't take us very long to get ourselves organized and head out looking at homes. We found an amazing home super close to Leanne's work that was going to work perfectly for them. We all fell absolutely in love with the home, and if I was in the market for a home I would have offered on this house. We submitted our offer and sadly it did not get accepted, we got out bid by a huge amount.

Kim was referred to me by a mortgage specialist not long ago to help her out in purchasing her first home. We met at my office and went through all the ins and outs of buying a home. When we were almost done our meeting Kim brought up the The Secret and how she believed in it. The Secret is also something that I believe in, and it was at that exact moment that I knew Kim and I would get along just fine. We spoke more about why we believed in it, and the different things we had been through in our life to get us to where we are today. Kim told me how she had been thinking about this home for a long time now, and was very excited that her thoughts were becoming reality.

I met Katelyn quite a while ago, over a year I believe. She was referred to me from a mortgage broker who had just pre qualified her. In the initial sit down with Katelyn I learned that an employee at another financial institution had told her that a single girl shouldn’t be buying a home one her own, and that she should wait till she was older and settled down before she purchased. That same institution did not qualify her for a mortgage. Since I purchased my first home at the age of 19 I knew all to well that this individual was very wrong, and Katelyn was indeed fully able to purchase a home on her own.  Her friends directed her to a mortgage broker who understood her needs and wants and got her set up and ready to go.

Not every listing is easy, but when everyone works together and stays positive the results are able to shine through. Thank you Amber for being such an amazing client.
