I went over to view their home and then we hopped online for a video chat to discuss things further. The one thing that stood out the most was that they had never received feedback as to why no one had written an offer on the home, and I was about to give them the truthful opinion of why it hadn’t sold.Read More
To say that I am incredibly proud of this family is a huge understatement.
They came to me not too long ago and were working incredibly hard to save up their down payment for their first home. They were incredibly organized and driven to get this done as fast as possible. It was going to be a few more months, but we started to keep an eye on things to get a feel for the market.Read More
After knowing the Agagnier family for many years, and growing up with the youngest daughter Andrea, it was an absolute honour when I found out they were trusting me in listing their long time family home. As with a lot of family homes, there was a bit of work that needed to be done to bring it up to the beautiful home that we had hit the market.Read More
Working with Nina and her Mom was an absolute blast! The two of them argued like an old married couple…. or like mother and daughter, and it was honestly hilarious. I had so much fun getting in on the action and ganging up on her mom. I’ll never forget the first time that I handed her mom a dose of her own medicine, the look she shot me, utter shock and hilarity.Read More
There are some stories that I just absolutely love, because some take so much determination and patience.
Elise and I met over a year ago where she mentioned to me that there was one particular condo she was interested in. Unfortunately that condo had just come off the market. I called up the listing agent immediately to see if they still wanted to sell, only to discover they had given up and there was now a tenant living there. I asked if they were willing to kick the tenant out, which unfortunately they were not.Read More
I am so incredibly proud of Jen and Ava on the purchase of their new home. Jen called me a couple months ago to talk about buying her first home. She had mentioned that she had met me at an open house, and it didn’t take me long to realize I knew exactly who she was. While she was in that open house both Jen and her mom had an epic conversation about a hot water tank with Rene.Read More
Do you have those people in your life that you are so proud to know because they are so incredible? This story is not just that of a sale, but of some incredibly amazing people I am happy and proud to have in my life.Read More
Melissa and I have known each other for years and so I was honoured to help her with her home search. We only went out looking a couple of times until she decided that we had found the one that was right for her.Read More
Jaycee works at my favourite store, and so I was thrilled when she contacted me that they were wanting to buy a house. The three of us met, went over all the details of what to expect when buying a home, and then we waited a bit as they wanted to be perfectly financially organized.Read More
While this journey was a year in the making, this couple managed to fill the last two weeks with lots of excitement.
Their home sold just last week, and so we were finally in the position to head out and write an offer on a new home. This one had been on the market for a while, and they had already seen it twice when we stopped in for the third time, bringing the parents for their opinion.Read More
This journey has been over a year in the making, beginning with prepping her home for the market last year and working out way to that sale. Through this whole process there has been an incredible amount of teamwork, and a huge shoutout needs to go out to all of those involved. All along the way Debbie kept telling how much she appreciated the team of people that were there for her as we worked our way to this final moment.Read More
The journey to this sold sign was about a year in the making. I met with this awesome couple a year ago and they developed their task list to get the home ready for the market. Jason and Monica have extreme pride in ownership and wanted to ensure they were putting their best foot forward and presenting the home the best way they could.Read More
Meeting with this awesome couple tonight to hang the sold sign was simply amazing. The past week getting to this point was confusing and tough to navigate, but through some awesome teamwork and lots of communication we got to cross the finish line!Read More
I am so happy for Rene and his family that this chapter in their life is now over. Everyone can move on and Rene can enjoy the next phase in his life which sounds to me like it is going to be very exciting. Thank you for trusting me with your moms home, I know she was a very respected individual in our real estate community, and I think she would be very pleased with the way things turned out.Read More
Today we had the home inspection (which was really more of a party) with all their friends who worked in various trades. The sellers agent came over and visited with us, hugged them and congratulated them and welcomed them to the neighbourhood. He introduced them to community groups and there were so many smiles on everyones faces. I honestly don't know if you could get the smile off of Ryans face no matter how yard you tried (even bashing his head on the basement door didn't kill the smile) While we stood outside taking pictures with the sold sign people driving by yelled CONGRATULATIONS! The neighbours came over to meet them, and as I was packing up my car another neighbour came over to me happy to see that such an awesome family was moving in.Read More
The email I received from Tamara regarding her home search put the biggest smile on my face. I was the one who hired her at her first job, and she wanted me to help her get her first house. I honestly think I still remember the interview with Tamara, it was probably a little over 10 years ago now that she had walked into Boston Pizza with her application. We worked there for about 3 years together and had so much fun over that time. I was thrilled to be able to help her with her home search.Read More
I got an email from Dawn one day letting me know they were wanting me to come look at their home as they were trying to sell it. I looked it up only to discover I had recently be in their home showing it to another client. I asked them questions and then I realized they were from my home town area, and were good friends with my Mom.Read More
It was only a week ago that they sold their home and began searching for the new place to put down their roots. There is always a bit of panic when a home is sold, and you have an official date that you will be "homeless"Read More
