Congratulations Amanda and James!

Incredible pressure surrounds me while I write this post as these two amazing people are marketing extraordinaries!

The first time I ever talked to Amanda was 8am one morning. I saw my phone going off and thought “who the heck is calling me at 8am…” shrugged, and answered it. Amanda was on the other side of that call and was taken aback when I answered fully expecting to get voicemail at that hour. From there we booked our first appointment together to see if we would be the right fit, discovered that we are too much the same kind of person and proceeded to start the house hunt.

I laughed with them today taking their SOLD picture because at that meeting they told me “we are in no rush at all…..” and then promptly started the house hunt full steam ahead…. the complete opposite of “no rush”

We looked everywhere from Transcona, St.Vital, Crestview, thought about going outside of the city and then landed in Wolseley where their heart was. In all honesty we completed this search so fast that there isn’t a lot of story behind it other than the hilarity of James and his jokes through every home. There was never a shortage of puns, and I am proud of myself for catching on to most of them!

We wrote two offers, planned 4 kitchens, budgeted renovations and gathered quotes. Amanda and James are incredibly organized individuals who are ready to tackle nearly any project that home ownership could possibly through at them.

The two of you have been amazing clients. You might possibly top the list as the most organized clients and absolutely have the best detective skills I have ever seen. You are both incredibly good at your jobs and it carried over perfectly into the purchase of your first home. Congratulations! I can’t wait to see the progress pictures of the handcrafted kitchen you are about to build!
