82 Buckley SOLD

What an incredible whirlwind the past week has been!! These amazing sellers just accepted an unconditional offer $43,000 OVER list price…. but how did we make that happen??

First up, we had a plan and they trusted the process. It wasn’t until we were reviewing the offers that Kym admitted to me that she didn’t like the list price and it made her nervous, but here we were reviewing offers that were significantly higher than they had expected. Their home was already show ready simply because they are amazing meticulous people, and this was the first time the stager had to recommend bringing in a few extra pieces into the home rather than decluttering. They got to work bringing those items in and following the directions.

We had so much fun shooting the video and my 7 year old got to participate in it. Kym told him that when Mommy sold the house, he would get a massive basket of chocolate. Currently I can hear my little sugar monsters upstairs post sugar consumption blasts of energy…. rest assured I will think of you guys often as that chocolate is consumed…

We stayed in constant contact. Chris and I work similar hours… which is non stop… and so we were literally talking from sun up to sun down and communicating about what was happening. What showings were going on, what precautions were happening, what was the feedback? From the time the home hit the market on the Monday until one week later when the day was over and we had that accepted offer 317 text messages had been exchanged!!

Kym and Chris were ridiculously flexible. We had A LOT of showings, and not once did they say no, they were essentially kicked out of their home for an entire week and didn’t complain once. Letting the maximum number of people in helped us to get the most exposure which resulted in the 15 offers we had.

Thank you for being so much fun, for sugaring up my kiddos, and for being amazing people. You guys are awesome and now we officially can start chapter 2!!
