776 Lipton SOLD

I still remember it like yesterday the day that Meagan and her daughter walked into my open house, and that was probably close to 6 years ago now. In the time since then we have been through so much together and I have had the pleasure of getting to know her entire family.

Mom threw Meagan a bit of a curveball a little while ago with an opportunity to move into a duplex nearby. While it wasn’t something that had been on anyones radar, it was a great fit and idea. Meagan played with a few different options for her home, rent it to family, rent it out to a stranger, or sell it. Ultimately (as I am sure you can tell by the sold sign) it was decided that the best thing would be to sell it.

As always Meagan was a great student. She put in A LOT of work in prepping the home and sacrificed many hours of sleep. Painting, prepping, pulling weeds, taking out furniture and bringing in pieces that would show off the space perfectly. And as always, all the efforts paid off. This incredible home hit the market and showed itself off in the best way possible.

Showings came in and Meagan was always there to get it show ready in the morning with all the lights on and curtains open. One week of showings came and went and then we got to review four offers on the home.

I am so excited for these buyers and for you Meagan that this turned out so perfectly. Getting a price higher than what you wanted, a beautiful possession day and conditions wrapped up nice and fast so you didn’t have to sit and worry too long.

Thank you for being amazing and putting in all that hard work. You know as well as I do how much it paid off and the success of this story wouldn’t have been the same without you.
