One Of The Most Memorable Transactions I Have Done

This will go down as one of the most memorable transactions I have done. When we first met they had an idea in their head of what their home was worth... I looked at them and let them know that it was worth much more than that. I think they had some doubts, as most people do they had low expectations of their home.

We tried selling it off-market a few times and we had no biters.... making for a few extra nerves as we got ready to launch it to the market. Doing the pre-marketing work for this home was when my sellers first found out I had considered buying the house myself as a rental property, that is how much I believed in and loved this little house... and it turns out that when we hit the market, everyone else loved it too.

We did up a fun video featuring a local ice cream shop down the street. Mortified by my ice cream eating abilities (I am no dainty eater), launched the listing and away we went! We were bombarded with showings endlessly for 7 days straight.

On offers date, I brought 24 offers for them to review... TWENTY FOUR!! With tears of happiness in their eyes, they signed an offer higher and more amazing than any of us could have imagined. We had about 5 group hugs, laughed, and cried some more...
