Congratulations Lauren and Eric

Lauren and I have known of each other for a while now. We are admins together on a neighbourhood facebook group, we have done a local business video together, we gift each other items, and I have always known her to be the most bubbly and amazing person ever.

Recently I had posted that I was looking for a list of homes for my buyers and they responded that they were considering selling…. while my buyers ended up not choosing their home it had set the wheels in motion and they were officially ready to move and get a bigger house for their growing family.

We didn’t look at very many homes but it didn’t take long for me to figure out that these two perfectly complimented each other. Lauren being ready to buy nearly any house and getting excited every time, Eric being the logical one would take the time to think about it more to make sure it was the right decision for their family. While they seem like polar opposites from the outside, they are the perfect couple.

I am sure the listing agent made an error and accidentally had this home hit the market on Sunday rather than Monday. Our first showing request on Sunday was rejected, and then on Monday we made another showing request. By 9:30 pm Monday night we had written up the offer and 3:00 Tuesday we had an accepted offer!

Congratulations to your family, you have chosen an amazing street and a fabulous home and you are going to love this home for years and years…. and extra bonus you are in walking distance of my house now!!
