Oh Baby Baby!

Oh baby baby! This couple got a home just days before baby is due to arrive, in fact on offers date we didn't know if they would even be able to talk with me, or if they would be having baby that day.

We wrote our offer in advance so that it was signed and ready to go, so no matter what baby and doctors decided we were ready to go. Then we were going to have a conversation playing out options A, B and C and what they wanted me to do with their offer if different things happened in competition and they were unable to respond.

Everything turned out beautifully. Baby decided to hang out a bit longer and we ended up being the only offer!! What a perfect day Monday was!

Congratulations to the 2.9 of you. In such a short time you will get to walk through those doors with baby and have the best time with your family. I am so happy you got the area that you wanted so badly, and a home that you can grow with.
