Congratulations Chelsea and Jeremy!!

This journey happened so darn fast that it literally left us sad that we didn’t get more time together. We only looked at 7 or 8 homes (none of us can remember) and this was right in the middle of the 2nd day out that we found this one.

During this short house hunt we did still see our fair share of duds, funny smells, weird homes and foundation issues, which made this one all the more appealing.

It’s not very often that an offers date is on a Saturday, but this one just happened to be, and I believe that is one of the reasons that we were one of only 2 offers. On Saturdays most Realtors and their buyers aren’t in offer mode, or at least offers date mode, that is usually a Monday and Tuesday thing. The other reason I believe we got it is because it happened to be both my son and Jeremys birthday.

Right in between cake and presents I got the phone call that they were going to be accepting the offer! Hidden in my bedroom away from the chaos I gave them a call, only Jeremy was already out celebrating his birthday. The look on Chelseas face when I face timed her to tell her the great news was amazing, and was no different yesterday while we took this sold picture. Beaming ear to ear we got to snap a celebratory pic in front of their new home.

Congratulations to the two of you on this amazing home. Even though we didn’t get to spend very much time together I am happy for you that this was so quick and painless. While others are struggling so much right now to find the right home you scored so fast! Enjoy many more years here!
