Writing this story today makes me so incredibly happy!! The condo market is HARD, and so when Sarah reached out to me to sell her condo we had prepped ourselves for a longer journey. We were racing a deadline as Sarah had some amazing things that she wanted to do and couldn’t do them until the condo was sold… and so the race was on till the end of August.

This condo had a tenant in it and we were so incredibly lucky that it was an amazing tenant. One that helped us out with cleaning and always letting us in for showings. Sometimes tenants can be tricky and make it nearly impossible to sell a place, but that wasn’t the case here at all.

Through the 78 days that it was on the market we had all worked together, myself the seller and the tenant to be able to hang this SOLD sign within 2 weeks of our deadline.

Thank you Sarah for always being so relaxed and easy going. It was kind of weird having hardly met you, with our first meeting being via zoom and then only meeting one other time at the condo and then again to take this picture. The little bit that I got to know you was awesome and I wish you all the best on the next big step that you are taking, it is going to be amazing!!
