Congratulations Kristine and Ruben

I “met” Kristine for the first time when I hosted an online webinar on home buying. We had talked a bit and started to put the wheels in motion to get them ready to buy their first home. We had stayed in contact for a few months chatting now and then until this home came up.

A new build close to where they were living now it sounded like a great option. They were a bit torn whether to buy a brand new side by side, or a “used” detached home. We needed to weigh out the pros and cons for their family, was something new that would be pretty maintenance free for a number of years but with a smaller yard be best? Or the “used” home that would need some projects coming up but had a yard for the kids? In the end they decided that for their family the new home was going to be best.

They managed to snag one of the last two homes available in this project that was being built and will get to move in soon as just the finishing touches need to be put in!

Kristine and Ruben, your family is the sweetest. I know we didn’t get to spend a lot of time together but it was a delight! You guys are fast, efficient and so incredibly kind! You are going to love this new home!
