Congratulations Lori & Family!!

We started off this home search looking at detached homes outside of the city and ended it at a duplex nearly smack dab in the middle of the city.

Lori was open to options and after we had seen many homes that didn’t quite work, then this one crossed our path. It was something that hadn’t been talked about before and was turning out to be a great option. The idea of a duplex, where not a tenant would be living on one floor, but her daughter and granddaughter.

It was a big decision for everyone involved, as her daughter Meghan already had her own home. It meant them figuring out what they wanted to do and what would work for them, along with Lori. It meant conversations about what to do if it didn’t work out, and if one wanted to move out. Decisions like this take many moving parts that everyone needed to talk about out in the open. We knew that financially it was great for everyone, it just needed to make sense in all the other ways as well.

I am incredibly happy for you that this has worked out so well for everyone. I think it will be a lot of fun for you, and we know that this home is amazing. Getting out with the whole crew to look at homes has been fun for me and I love your entire family. I think you have already sorted out who gets which floor, and so now all that is left to do is move in and enjoy!
