35 Augusta SOLD

Taking this SOLD picture marks the end with this awesome couple. I had first met Kara a couple years ago, I had helped her buy and sell her first home, then helped Kara and Adam buy their forever home. With the sale of Augusta, our working relationship together is coming to an end knowing that the home they are moving into will last them a lifetime.

This awesome couple champed their way through prepping and showing this home. They put in so much hard work listening to the staging recommendations and were then constantly kicked out of their home for the week of showings. I have to take a moment to count all the showings, but we had reached 30 within the first couple of days on the market. We must have rounded out over 50 by the end of it, and having 50 groups of people in and out of your home in a week is a lot to handle.

I am so happy for you that this was so quick and “easy”. I am also happy that you will never have to do this again and that you will get to settle into your new home now and enjoy all of your hard work! Thank you for bringing me along on this journey, I have loved every minute with the two of you!
