Congratulations Chris and Y

This adorable and. cute couple are now able to celebrate the purchase of this amazing home! I had known Chris for a while as he was living with another client of mine and I had never met Y before. Our first meeting was online and then we were able to get out there searching for homes.

You may or may not have heard that it is a very hard market out there for buyers, and somehow things were surprisingly easy for these guys once you step back and look at it all. We looked at a handful of homes that were complete duds, or just weren’t quite right, and we only wrote ONE offer!!

This home is just around the corner from where they are living right now and I knew they would love the neighbourhood so much more than some of the other areas we had been searching in. The home needs a little bit of work, but just cosmetics that their great group of friends can help them with. Once that is done they will have a beautiful home backing onto the lake with an amazing sunroom and deck to enjoy.

The two of you are the cutest and I am so happy for you that this home search was so easy and that you landed this amazing home. I hope that you are able to have an amazing family here with many years of happiness and enjoy every last minute of it!
