A tale of grandparents and their grandson

I have NEVER been able to post a picture of buyers and sellers together, but this is a very special occasion! These amazing grandparents were able to sell their home to their grandson to start his journey of home ownership.

These lovely people are family members of someone I had met in the community who was watching our kiddos a couple days a week for us while we made it through the home schooling situation. Everything had already been sorted, they just needed someone to help guide them through it all, and so guide them I did!

It was so awesome seeing the beaming smile on Trevors face, I don’t know if I have ever seen a buyer who was more excited! What better place to start home ownership than in your grandparents home!

Grandma and Grandpa were beyond delightful and you could tell there was so much pride in being able to have their grandson be able to step into their home.

I am beyond happy for all of you and the opportunities that you had for each other. Thank you for having me along for the ride!
