This story happened so fast and furious I really don’t even know what I can say! I hardly got the chance to know this delightful couple!

We went from a zoom meeting one day going over the buying process to a completed pre approval the next day, a showing and accepted and completed offer in under 2 weeks!

The coolest part of this process was the home that they offered on was one that I had sold a few years ago and so I arguably knew more about it than the listing agent due to my relationship with those previous sellers, and it was an awesome house.

This home is a bit rare with a park in the front and the back and a total of FIVE bedrooms all on the same floor!! Clients often have questions if they should be buying the first house they see, but when it is the one it’s the one, especially when it is this unique.

We had a delightful home inspection with no issues at all, just some informative home maintenance they would need to do over the years like any other home.

My favourite part of working with buyings is how well I get to know them over the course of the home search. I am sad that I didn’t get to know the two of you better because you are both delightful people and there is no doubt that had this search taken longer we would have had several laughs along the way. I am so happy for you with how easy this was for you. Every buyer deserves to have a home buying process this easy and I am glad that it worked out this way for you.
