87 Sundial SOLD

I first met Lynn at the very very beginning of covid. We met in her home as all the talk was just a whisper and there were zero concerns. We shook hands, hugged, and laughed. All was well. She had a goal of getting her house on the market just after Easter and so we just had to prep and stay in touch over the coming weeks as Lynn worked had to get the home ready.

Things got slowed down ever so slightly due to covid, getting things done takes extra time when having to wait in lines and not being able to order items. Although we hit the market a few weeks later than planned, the plan never changed. All the same work was done, we stayed in contact, and stayed focused.

When we hit the market the showings started coming in right away, and not once did Lynn ever complain about being constantly kicked out of her home. Every time I sent her notification of another showing I got a “kk” in response, and became something that made me smile.

On offer night we had one offer come in that we negotiated quickly and signed off on, but by 10:00 the next morning things had changed. One of the buyers got cold feet and had pulled out of the deal. I immediately switched up the listing and had a bunch more showings coming in for that day and by 9pm that night we had another accepted offer that felt way better. We made it through home inspections and financing conditions and got to hang up this SOLD sign.

Lynn is loved by her neighbours and they all came out to witness the hanging of the SOLD sign. Tears were shed, and they “creeped” the new owners on facebook, excited for this adorable new couple that was going to be living in the home.

Thank you for being such an amazing client Lynn! Not once did you ever complain as we made our way through it all. You were always smiling, kind, and incredibly hard working! I hope that your new adventures are as amazing as you are!
