792 Goulding SOLD

This is the story of two determinate very hard work individuals. When we had first met to talk about selling their home, I don’t think Covid was even a “thing” yet, or if it was it was so minor that it wasn’t something we talked about in terms of the home selling process.

As we all know things changed fast on that front and even when I was suggesting they slow down in searching for a new home to buy Nick was still full steam ahead. They were ordering supplies to finish prepping the home for the market and in their eyes nothing was going to take them off their path of moving. This high level of determination and ability to keep their eyes on the prize payed off in huge ways.

While their goal of hitting the market was delayed a few weeks due to items ordered taking a bit longer they never stopped working. They took to heart all the suggestions the stager had suggested, painting, moving furniture, and making the whole house sparkle. Both Nick and Rachelle put in top notch effort to make sure we were hitting the market with our best foot forward, and not once did they complain about a single thing.

Over the course of the week that the home was on the market they were kicked out 42 times for showings, but again, not one single complaint. You could feel both the excitement and anxiety building as we got closer and closer to offers date. Of these 42 showings, how many offers might we get? What will the house sell for? No one knows until the last hour or two just before we sit down to present the offers.

The huge success that we saw here was a direct result of their hard work and ability to listen to the guidance provided. It takes a team to sell a home, and one huge part of that team is the sellers themselves. You guys are rockstar clients and were so awesome to work with in so many ways. I truly appreciate all the hard work you put into this, for being so easy going and I am so happy that I got to have that champaign with you by the SOLD sign!
