Congratulations Jesse!!

I am proud of all of my clients, but I may be just a little extra proud of Jesse….

Back in the day when I worked at BP Jesse and I spent a lot of time together. I watched this guy work like crazy in the famous “dish pit”. If you have ever worked in a restaurant you know that this is probably the least favourite place to be. I believe he was working full time hours in dish and never really complaining much. At one point he finally got to move into the kitchen and start working on the line. I don’t want to spend too much time talking about BP, but Jesse and I went through a lot there with epic messes that we had to clean up. We had lots of incredibly late nights together shutting down the restaurant, and some equally early mornings as well.

I happened to reach out to Jesse at about the same time he had just started thinking about buying a home and within a few days he was pre approved and ready to start the search. If you were following my insta you saw the epic gold tiger king house (as I named it) and a couple of the other interesting ones we saw. The market is moving very fast right now and there were homes that sold in 24 hrs before we could even look at them.

When we walked into this one we were trying to figure out what was wrong as it had been on the market a few weeks. As we walked through it we just couldn’t find anything wrong and he instantly knew it was the one. We wrote an offer in the hatch of my car and a few hours later we had an accepted offer!

Jesse ,you and your Dad were so much fun to be out hunting with together! I am incredibly proud of you, the guy I once knew as the dish guy is now a home owner and your work ethic still carries through today, 15 years later! (can you believe it’s been that long?!) It kills me that I wasn’t able to give you a hug of congratulations today but I can do that at another time if you will let me stop by to visit.
