Congratulations Jenny and Randy

I am so wicked proud of these two!! We started this home search in a fierce battle! If you were following my insta you might have seen a game I played one day called “lets play realtor”. There was a property I had clients offering on and through the day more and more and more offers kept coming in that we were going to be competing against. Well those clients were Jenny and Randy…. that night there were 11 offers on the home that they wanted, and we were’t the lucky ones to get it.

They really wanted something that was renovated and Jenny has a passion for grey floors, which lucky for her, that is a flippers favourite flooring. We looked at many flips, most of which were super small, slanted, and overall not a good buy.

On the day that we found “the one” we started our search at a home that seemed like it was fabulous, until we headed for the basement… I went down first and screamed, cursed and headed back up. There was a dead mouse and droppings from all his little friends….. this was not the one.

We weaved our way through a total of 6 homes that night before our last one… the one. Location was great, layout was amazing, and the floors were so polished we slid our way all throughout the home. It was offers as received and it was the first day on the market. The two of them stood in the yard admiring the home for a while and not more than 15 min after we drove away I got the go ahead to submit an offer. By 9:30 the offer had been sent in and by 11:00 I was crawling into bed after congratulating them on an accepted offer!

I am so crazy proud of you two. You were champs through the home buying process and have learnt so much. You soaked up so much knowledge from two home inspections and I know you are going to be great home owners. This home is absolutely fabulous and like the inspector said… it is better than that first one you lost out on. Congratulations and thank you for being amazing!
