My goodness, what a wonderful moment after sooooooo much prep work! I remember when I walked in for the listing appointment, and there was hardly anywhere to stand never mind sit. There was drywall dust and paint all over as she was in full home-selling prep mode. With the house being vacant I said we should really consider staging, and it was soooooo worth it! This crawlspace means that if there is any seepage it stays in that area and doesn't come into your living space.
