My goodness, what a wonderful moment after sooooooo much prep work! I remember when I walked in for the listing appointment, and there was hardly anywhere to stand never mind sit. There was drywall dust and paint all over as she was in full home-selling prep mode. With the house being vacant I said we should really consider staging, and it was soooooo worth it! Walking through that home once it was fully staged was amazing, it looked beyond fabulous and the buyers clearly thought so as well. From day 1 on the market, my phone started blowing up and showings were coming in like crazy.

On offer night I sat in the hallway of our hotel in Disney going through the offers we had and got to give this seller the amazing news that all conditions had been removed while I was standing in Diagon Alley with Gringots right behind me.
