On offers date, we went "all in" and honestly didn't expect to hear good results.... but we got the call that that "all in" decision that we had made was what put us over the competition and we had won!! I think we were all in a bit of shock.
On the day that we were taking this pic, the buyer shared her horoscope "Accept that you deserve a nice life" and it made my heart so happy because this couple absolutely deserves this nice life in this fabulous home. Fate brought them to this home and helped them win and I am so so excited for you.

We sat around the table on December 18th discussing the upcoming sale, I guess with it being so close to the holidays we were thinking we were a couple of weeks out.... but an idea came to me and I said "Can you be ready for photos and videos in 4 days?" I vividly remember the pause, them thinking, and then the slow nod and answer yes.

I had prepped them for high days on market, we strategized our price meticulously, and then because of our timing we sold the condo in only 2 days.

I love meeting with these ladies who run a shelter that is so vital for women and children escaping domestic violence here in Winnipeg. I got to share stories of trek and hear a bit about plans for expansion for the shelter. The length of time that people are staying is longer and the demand has increased in the past couple of years, so more space and resources are needed.

You are going to see us harping on the HRV systems a bit more... because there are far too many homes that we go into that don't have them on at all, don't have them on enough, and we start seeing damage around the home.
The HRV controls the humidity in your home, and the colder it is outside (aka Winnipeg Winters) the lower that humidity needs to be. If you are seeing condensation around your windows, it most likely needs to be turned down lower.
If you decide you don't like the way your body feels when it is turned down to where it is supposed to be, so you turn it back up... you are sacrificing the integrity of your home. Side effects to your home are growing mould and an overall "unhealthy" home.
