Congratulations To The Two Of You!

I think what I love about this story is how truly typical it is.

It started with a random phone call... we saw a condo we want to see, we aren't ready to move yet, but would like to see it. We saw the condo, it needed a lot of work, and it for sure wasn't the one. They decided it was too soon to move and they would wait a few more years.

Then, maybe a month later, I got the next message... we went to an open house, and we want to write an offer. I laughed. I always tell buyers that it will happen much sooner than they think, and most people don't believe me. Usually, if someone gives me a timeline, I cut it in half because I know it will happen 50% sooner than expected. And this was the moment where it happened exactly as I expected.

And so, we wrote the offer on this beautiful bungalow condo with huge windows letting in soooooo much sunlight, got it accepted, and today we celebrated with a pic on the sunniest, most beautiful day.

Congratulations to the two of you. The look on your faces when we walked in there was pure perfection. I loved every second of seeing your excitement for the home you are going to be moving into in just a short period of time.
