"we will buy your home for cash".... these letters are my favourite. I often have my clients text me pictures of ones that they got in the mail. Some have reached out to these individuals, but most of the time they wonder if they are real or not.

Yes, they are real, but yes they will buy your home for far less than it is worth. They will scoop it up as a rental property, or maybe a flip. But in order to make the numbers work they have to buy it for a lot less. Often times these offers are loaded in conditions that are very very sided towards the purchaser.
