Lest We Forget

On a recent trip we got into a big talk with our Uber driver. He was listening to podcasts about history and all the horrible things that had happened. It lead to a discussion of us forgetting, that the generations that had lived through it were slowly leaving us and causes us to forget.

Now more than ever we need to remember what Remembrance Day is about. It’s not only about not forgetting those that lost their lives for us, but also about remembering how those awful things started that caused all the lives to be lost. It’s to help stop history from repeating itself. So take the time today, to remember what has happened in the past and take a step forward to make sure it doesn’t happen again in our future.
