What an incredible story of what true teamwork is in this journey!

In their current two bedroom home they were starting to grow out of it, so it was time to start searching for a new one. The first message Kayla sent to me was for on specific house they wanted to see. We looked at it twice, wrote an offer…. and then it died. The listing agent was not a kind human and there was no way we were going to work out a deal. Things always happen for a reason, and as frustrating as that moment was, the next house we looked at it all made sense.

The next house was waaaaaaayyyyy better! We left the showing thinking we were going to think on it over night, and thats when I got the call that there was another offer being written on it. With our offer having to be subject to the sale of their current home, I knew our chances were limited, but they figured what the heck and wrote an offer.

After submitting I started getting lots of questions from the listing agent, and questions are always a good thing, it means your offer is being considered and shortly after I had the call that it had been accepted!!!

In disbelief we kicked it into high gear and had their home on the market the following week. And this is where lots of puzzle pieces started falling together. In rural deals it isn’t uncommon for multiple deals to be tied together, and that was the case here. When Kayla and Mikes home sold it meant that the deal finalized on the home they were buying, which meant that a subsequent deal on another home would finalize. I had both other agents in contact with me and following up to see how things were going.

In Blumenort the days on market are either short or long, there doesn’t seem to be an in-between, and so we had mentally prepared for the long just in case. Turns out that wasn’t the case at all, within two weeks we had an offer! Everyone was so excited, this one offer was going to be amazing for 3 families. All agents were texting me and we were all working hard together for our clients. After that first sour deal it was a reminder that there may be one rotten egg, but there are so many amazing ones out there and I was thankful for the group of Realtors that we're all involved in this transaction.

More importantly I am crazy excited for Kayla and Mike. This all happened so fast and so perfectly which is when you know it is truly meant to be. They worked so hard to get their home ready for the market so that we had an amazing product to show off. They were always calm and willing to do what needed to be done. Thank you guys for being amazing clients, this may be the last time we get to work together for a while as this next home is so amazing! I hope you have many many years there together!
