Congratulations Jason and Monica!!

While this journey was a year in the making, this couple managed to fill the last two weeks with lots of excitement.

Their home sold just last week, and so we were finally in the position to head out and write an offer on a new home. This one had been on the market for a while, and they had already seen it twice when we stopped in for the third time, bringing the parents for their opinion.

While a nearby home that was nearly identical sold incredibly fast, this one seemed to wait for them and it allowed them to buy it for a steal. This home is well maintained, solid and in a fabulous neighbourhood.

Seeing how happy you guys were today at the inspection, and how proud you were to show it off to your parents makes my heart happy. I am so excited for you guys, that you found your home, and that you get to move in within a couple of weeks.

This whirlwind journey will be all done one month from now, and you will be relaxing and enjoying this fabulous new space. Best of luck to you, and many years of happiness in your new home, you deserve it.
