Teamwork Makes The Dream Work!
When Sabrina was just joining the team she knew that a conference trip was being planned in Orlando... she said "Oh we should get a pic in front of the castle so we can say Teamwork makes the dream work!" so...... we made it happen!
After a full day of soaking up knowledge, we headed over to the Magic Kingdom where these two pushed me past all my comfort zones. I am not a big rides person, and safe to say I was terrified as they took me on rollercoasters and laughed at my screaming.

I will admit, yesterday I was sweating a bit over this one. We priced it a hair higher than I wanted to and so on offers date I was biting my fingers hoping that we got at least one... it turns out that we got 4 fabulous offers and were able to accept an unconditional one!
Thank you to my dear seller for all the incredibly hard work you put into prepping this home! I saw every bit of effort you put in! I appreciate you going the extra mile to move out for the week with the dogs so that we could show it whenever making it incredibly easy for buyers.

Double-check Your Permits: Don't Leave Anything Open!
Selling your home and have an open permit? You're going to want to make sure to call the city and get that permit closed! Some may think they can sneak it by a future buyer, but the lawyers will catch it in the end and want that permit closed.
This can cause delays in possession or potential holdbacks by the buyers to ensure all permits are closed. So if you are selling your home in Winnipeg, simply take that extra time to ensure all permits are closed.
