Not many people get their first home to be in the most perfect location and within budget, but this amazing couple do!

This is the tale of the universe aligning perfectly. We had offered on a few homes, ones with too much competition, and one that was overpriced, and we tried to get it at the right price. We couldn't come to terms, and secretly, I am thankful because I really didn't like that house.

When this one came up, it was almost too good. It was exactly where they wanted to live, and priced low enough that it allowed us to compete aggressively. We gave it our all, pulled out all the tricks, and here they are, standing in front of their new home!

I am beyond excited and also so dang proud of you. You not only get to move into this fantastic home, but you have also set yourself on a great path for your future. I know the two of you are going to soar and do amazing things.
