Days on market is often something that we look at and analyze with buyers.👀 Days on market can tell you a lot. A listing with higher days on market can tell you a few things, but more so is whether or not that listing has ever had a price reduction.✅ Did they misjudge the market? Are they adjusting and maybe willing to negotiate? Has the price stayed the same for months? 🤷‍♀️

Days on market aren't always an indicator that something is wrong; sometimes it is simply bad luck, and it is hard to recover from bad.😞
