I will forever look back and smile on this journey and how stinking proud I am of you. From the moment we met, you soaked it all in and handled it all with stride. You handled heartbreak both in the offers that we wrote and lost, but also the homes we inspected before offering. Those moments where the homes were cute, you were falling for them, and then huge issues were uncovered, and we had to make the hard decision to walk away, where I could literally see your heart breaking.

But here we are, smiling in front of this home that feels good in every single way. It truly is the best one, and the one that was meant for you. It has the best basement, the best bedroom, and... my favourite is that we both know with confidence you didn't overpay. I hope that when you turn the key in your new home in a few weeks, you are proud of yourself, and you love every minute in this home going forward.
