It Was THE Home For Him!

This house never hit the market, yet here we are taking a beautiful SOLD pic. I met this amazing human at one of our other listings, a cute little condo, and he told me what he was looking for. Shortly after that,- I had lined up 3 off-market showings, 2 condos and this house.

We had a big office meeting learning about the new offer to purchase and a colleague of mine casually said, "Hey, I have this house coming up in the spring, if you know of anyone...." and I knew exactly who that someone was. It was THE home for him. Cute as a button, like a little cottage at the end of the street near a creek in a fantastic neighbourhood. We saw it, fell in love, inspected it, and then got to take this amazing photo. You have got yourself an amazing home and I can't wait till you get to move in and make it your own.
