Welcome Amanda!

🎉 Please help us welcome Amanda Kuegle to Nicole Hacault & Associates! 👏

🙌 We’re so excited to have Amanda on the team!

🏡 She’s been a Winnipeg REALTOR® since 2020 — and for over 13 years, she and her husband Paul have been buying, renovating, flipping and renting out homes across the city. 🔨

🤯 That’s nearly 200 flips and renovation projects — from fixer-uppers that needed a little love ❤️ to ones that needed A LOT of love. 😅

💡 What that means for you:

Amanda can walk into a house and tell you:

✅ What it needs

✅ What it could be worth

✅ Whether it’s a smart investment 📈

For our buyers, sellers and investors, that kind of hands-on experience is genuinely hard to find. 💪

🌆 Born and raised in Winnipeg, Amanda is honest, energetic, and always ready to tell you what she really thinks. 💯 We think you’re going to love her as much as we do! 😄

Welcome to the team, Amanda! 🥳🎊
