A Petition To Try To Stop A Development

I am curious what your thoughts are on this petition and this development?🧐 Should we be working to achieve higher density in this sprawling city? Or focusing on protecting the little green space we have left? 👀

Once zoned for a 2-story project, the developer is now asking for a rezoning to a 4-story project. This will affect all the homes on Mardena backing onto it, as well as our beautiful Henteleff Park.🌳 What some are mentioning in the comments is the fact that they also want to put in pickleball🥒 courts right next to the park, and they are worried it will affect the wildlife as well. (We all love pickleball, but it is noisy!) 🫤
