Avoid This Awkward Situation
When the sellers stay home for showings,😬 it leads to the most awkward situations ever, and almost never helps the buyer to make a decision to buy that home; in fact, it can often be the exact opposite. 😳
The buyer doesn't feel like they can talk, explore, and start to envision themselves there when the seller is there, making them feel uncomfortable.😒
So my dearest sellers, as hard as it may be, you need to leave for the showings👋 and allow those buyers that private time in the home so that we, as your Realtor, can turn them into the buyer of your home. ✅
