This multi-year journey just came to an end, and is proof that "you get what you wish for. On Thanksgiving Day, we submitted this offer and found out we were in high competition. They didn't accept our offer, but we knew that we were a close 2nd. The other offer was conditional, and this buyer said, "I hope it falls apart," and it was hardly 24 hours later that the listing agent called me.... and as soon as I saw his name on my phone, I instantly knew why.

Gushing over these two and their incredible brand-new home. This all came together in the most perfect way, so that it almost seemed "too perfect". From a few conversations, looking at some new builds, to finding the last one of this price on the most perfect street in an area we didn't think possible. We had to make fast decisions, but I fully believe they were the best decisions ever, and you are now in this incredible home, and way ahead of schedule.

Weed🌿 might be legal, but it is the last thing that my clients and I want to be smelling🚫 in your home. I can't even begin to tell you the number of homes we have walked into, and it smells like someone just smoked a joint 10 minutes before the showing.... it is not pleasant at all. 🫤
