I love playing in the back end of my mortgage and running numbers.🧮️ Seeing how much interest we are paying on our mortgage (as you are as well) is disgusting... but seeing what increasing a payment can do is very rewarding.✅
It doesn't mean you need to increase it by 💰hundreds of dollars, it may even be $20 to start, but little by little you can add onto your mortgage and by doing that you can put more down on your principal and save thousands of dollars in interest. 🙌

Asbestos... if you are looking at an older home in Winnipeg it is just going to be a thing for sure.😵 It is hidden in different parts of the home, whether it is plaster, paint, flooring, siding, insulation, etc. But the good thing is that so long as it doesn't become airborne, it is safe and fine.😀 It is when you start doing renovations that you need to worry about it. 👈

When my grandma taught me how to crochet, my first project was actually a Christmas coaster that I made for my mom. Then I discovered amigurumi, which is what I make now.😀 People would always say how I should sell my projects, but I never could because of the amount of work I’d need to put into it. But then my friend's mom told me about this market for kids and I absolutely loved the idea of going there to show the world my passion of crocheting amigurumi.🤩
