What Was Your Favorite Part About The Playoffs?

It ended in disappointment this year for the #NHLJets, but what was your favourite part about the playoffs? I loved the vibe around the city.. everyone was united, happy, and so excited. I loved walking around downtown at the street party and seeing familiar faces, including @wabber!

Volunteering At Ronald McDonald House

Our team hung out at Ronald McDonald house and cooked meals for some incredible families that have kiddos in the hospital. The facilities here are incredible and I am so happy that Winnipeg has this place!

What it all involved... We planned out a meal, bought the groceries, and got cooking! We served up enough for 40 families. If you are looking to volunteer they have lots of different options, and the families here would love to see you make some meals. Reach out, help out, and make a difference for these incredible families.

Effective Communication When Selling Your Home

Short But Sweet!

Some journeys are long, and some are short... and this one was so so short!

This was the first house they looked at, followed by 2 other properties... and they knew instantly that this was what they wanted.

A few days later the offer was drafted, and we won in multiple offers on this great home, and in the blink of an eye it is time for possession!

The two of you are so sweet, and a little part of me is upset this journey was so fast. I wish I had more time to get to know you, teach you, and laugh with you. I think we could have had a great time together... but CONGRATULATIONS... because this is a fantastic property and I am super happy for you.

WOOOOOOO!!!! This SOLD Sign Is Just The Best!!

Can I be honest... I was nervous about this one. On day 2 of a listing you get insight into stats... and the stats here were not good.... (there is nothing you can do about stats, they just are what they are) and it told me that we were going to have to double down to get more traction. Showings started off super slow and I spent soooooo many of my minutes thinking about this listing and tweaking things to get more attention. I spent most of my time worrying about what the sellers were thinking...

But... here we are, taking this sold pic just minutes after we accepted an unconditional offer out of the 3 that we had received. The pivots made the worrying, the strategy, all of it worked out perfectly.

While a lot of these townhomes take a bit longer to sell we managed to get multiple offers in one week.

And with that, these amazing sellers were immediately able to start packing and getting ready to take possession of their new and amazing home!
