This took the sellers working incredibly fast to prep their home for sale. This took an enormous amount of work having a home full of young kids and pets.

This deal took an incredibly patient buyer agent who worked hard with his clients to help make the numbers work on our end. From there we needed to work closely with the selling agent of the home this family was buying and have him work with us, be patient and understanding as we fulfilled conditions and made huge asks of him.

This deal took a team of 3 agents, on 3 different sides of the transaction to all cooperate, be patient, kind, understanding, and work together.

This sale also marks the final piece of the puzzle of a long journey for this family to move up from this home and into a home more suited for them. Congratulations You Did It!

We wrapped up this beautiful purchase, a 3 year journey, just days before I was leaving for Ecuador. I was so incredibly happy that I got to be there to see the whole process to the end and finish the journey with them. The fast possession meant that as soon as I got home to take the sold pic they were already moved in!! It was so awesome to knock on the door of their new home, see how they were settling in and take this amazing pic!!
